Angadi Network · COMING SOON

Know Who Is Authorized to Move Your Products.

Build a controlled partner ecosystem for distributors, retailers, service centers and other authorized channels.

The problem

Channel control for authorized partners

An org hub for distributors, retailers, dealers and service partners — so authority, territory and exceptions stay visible.

Channel partners live in spreadsheets

Distributors, dealers and retailers are hard to authorize consistently across markets.

Unauthorized movement is hard to see

Grey-market and out-of-territory activity often surfaces too late.

Revocation is manual

Suspending a partner should update authority — not wait on email chains.

Lifecycle

Org → Partner → Authorize → Territory → Monitor → Revoke

  1. 01Org hub

Brand or manufacturer controls the network

  2. 02Create partner

    Add distributors, retailers, dealers, service

  3. 03Approve

Review and accept into the directory

  4. 04Authorize

    Assign roles and channel scope

  5. 05Territory

    Bound markets and coverage rules

  6. 06Products

Link what each partner may handle

  7. 07Operate

    Record handoffs and activity

  8. 08Monitor

    Watch exceptions across the chain

  9. 09Risk / exception

    Flag unauthorized patterns

  10. 10Suspend / revoke

    Remove authority when needed

Hierarchy example: Brand org → Regional distributor → Dealer → Retail outlet — each with scoped authority.

Owns the org hub, approvals and territory rules.

Distributors & dealers

Retail & service partners

Example

Grey-market stock appears outside territory

A dealer sells into an unauthorized market. Network flags the exception against territory rules; the brand suspends the partner. If the organization also runs Shield, unit verification can optionally enrich the investigation — but Network does not depend on Shield to govern the channel.
